About Our Products

REACHWAVE MEDIA specializes in professionally refurbished Stratocaster guitars. Our current inventory includes:

Squier Sonic Stratocaster Pack — $150
Squier Classic Vibe '60s Stratocaster — $300
Fender Player II Stratocaster HSS — $550

Each guitar is individually restored, inspected, and tested for playability, intonation, and electronics before listing. Product descriptions, photos, and condition notes are provided in good faith and reflect the actual instrument.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment authorization. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors or stock discrepancies, with a full refund issued promptly.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Guitars are carefully packed with appropriate materials. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier.

Condition & Warranty

All instruments are sold as refurbished. We warrant that each guitar is fully functional and accurately described at the time of sale. We do not offer a manufacturer's warranty. If an instrument arrives with undisclosed damage or defects, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including photographs, descriptions, and branding — is the property of REACHWAVE MEDIA and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

REACHWAVE MEDIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Refund Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2025

At REACHWAVE MEDIA, we stand behind every guitar we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to make it right.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the guitar must be returned in the same condition in which it was received — no new damage, modifications, or missing components.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at returns@reachwavemedia.com with your order number and reason for return
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
Pack the guitar securely using the original packaging if possible
Ship the guitar back using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, undisclosed defect, or damage in transit), we will cover return shipping costs in full. For all other returns (change of mind, buyer's remorse), return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned guitar, we will notify you of the refund decision within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange a guitar for another item in our current inventory, subject to availability. Contact us to discuss options before shipping anything back.

Non-Returnable Items

Guitars that have been modified or re-fretted after purchase
Items returned after the 14-day window without prior authorization
Accessories or add-ons included in bundle packs (unless defective)

Damaged in Transit

If your guitar arrives damaged, photograph the damage and packaging immediately and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or full refund.
